Although it might feel like we have a lot of water in the UK, the last eight months have been the driest in 50 years, and we are now using an average of 146 litres of water each a day – that’s nearly double compared to what we were using 60 years ago!
So how do we continue to save water heading into the Winter months?
A great tip to save water and energy is to reduce your daily shower to four minutes. Based on a family of four, this could reduce your water bill by £100 a year, if on a meter, and a further £115 on energy.
